These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from INTIMATEMART.COM. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and warehouse release and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Cancellations, returns, and claims
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once an order has been submitted to a supplier, released to a warehouse, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Because products are intimate and hygienic in nature, sales are final except for verified defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or otherwise legally returnable merchandise. The Refund & Returns policy controls all return and claim requests.
Discreet service
Orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging when fulfilled through the current supplier network. Payment processors, carriers, financial institutions, and account records may display descriptors or transaction information required to process, investigate, or deliver an order.
