For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of adult products, lingerie, personal-care items, lubricants, and other intimate goods are final unless an item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, materially not as described, or otherwise returnable under applicable law.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at intimatemartusa@gmail.com. Include your order number, the product name or SKU, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant.
We may help troubleshoot a product before authorizing a remedy. Depending on the issue and availability, an approved claim may be resolved with a replacement, account credit, or refund. Some manufacturers require the item to be returned for inspection.
Do not send an item back without authorization
Fulfillment warehouses generally do not accept ordinary returns. If a return is required for an approved claim, we will provide instructions. A package sent without authorization may be refused and may not qualify for credit.
Items that do not qualify
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, opened or used intimate items, buyer’s-remorse claims, or claims based only on expected size, minor color differences caused by screen settings, or manufacturer packaging changes when the product itself matches its description. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, modification, or failure to follow instructions is not covered.
Cancellations and shipping charges
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once an order has been released to a warehouse, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
